Cancellation Policy

 

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival

• For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged

• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will incur 100% of the total reservation amount

• Early departures or unused nights are non-refundable

Minimum Stay

• Low season (May 1st – June 30th):

Minimum stay of 3 nights

 

• High season (July 1st – September 15th):

Minimum stay of 5 nights

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00

• Check-out: until 11:00

• Flexible check-in/out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

 

 

House Rules

• No parties or events allowed

• Quiet hours to be respected

• Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas​

• Cleaning service is provided

• Additional cleaning or linen changes available upon request​

• Free public parking available nearby (within 50 m)

• Welcome Basket: Guests are greeted with a complimentary welcome basket featuring local sweets and traditional products

• Pets are not allowed

• Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay
